TÂCHES PRINCIPALES

Votre rôle sera d'assister les clients dans le choix de leur prochain véhicule d'occasion parmi un

vaste inventaire de véhicules Nissan et d'autres marques, de répondre et de suivre chacune de

ces opportunités en utilisant tous les moyens technologiques mis à votre disposition comme le

téléphone, le courriel, le SMS et la vidéoconférence. Vous participerez à toutes les activités

reliées au bon fonctionnement du département, de la mise en marché à la vente.

Vous serez en contrôle de l'ensemble du parcours du client. Dès le premier contact, jusqu'à la

vente, vous devrez faire preuve d'imagination et de persévérance. De la vente en ligne au client

sur place, nous utilisons tous les canaux disponibles afin d'atteindre nos objectifs. Nous misons

sur la transparence et l'information afin de satisfaire notre clientèle. Le domaine de

l'automobile change et nous évoluons avec lui.

- Vous avez préalablement de l'expérience en vente/service à la clientèle, vous aimez être en

Position at DERAGON OCCASION

TASKS

The main responsibilities you are already familiar with are

  • Carry out the work described on the repair order efficiently and accurately, according to the dealer's standards; 
  • Determine the cause of any defect and make the repair; 
  • Determine vehicle defects based on customer complaints and own inspection; 
  • Liaise with parts department to obtain necessary parts; 
  • Examine assigned vehicle to determine if additional safety and maintenance work is required; 
  • Submit to the technical advisor any information to be passed on to the customer; 
  • Document all work performed and recommended on the repair order. 
  • Perform road tests as required; 
  • Maintain and update technical knowledge.

DEP in automotive mechanics
